Job Description
Looking for 2 bilingual maintence workers to work solely on one property of 440 units within 9 Building. Knowledge of rules and regulations of condominium florida statue. Knowledge of locating and fixing leaks due to plumbing with in units and knowing how to handle Knowledge of how to supervise vendor in the property and handle work orders Need to have forklift knowledge and license to drive. 40plus hours a week with emergency overtime approval
