This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the property, including both building systems and outdoor grounds. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent service for residents. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances Conduct regular inspections of common areas, units, and grounds to identify maintenance needs Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from residents and management Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, including hallways, pool areas, and exterior grounds Perform groundskeeping duties, including trimming trees and bushes, maintaining landscaping, and picking up trash and debris Ensure outdoor areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times Troubleshoot and repair issues such as leaks, lighting, doors, locks, and fixtures Assist with preventative maintenance programs and seasonal upkeep Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs
