Job Description

Rate:
$22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) •Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.•We are seeking a Service Technician II for our 168 unit apartment community in Pensacola! As Service Technician II, you will play a key role in preparing apartment homes for new residents by completing make-readies and ensuring vacant units are move-in ready. You will also utilize your maintenance skills in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs to support the overall condition of the property when needed. If you like a feeling of accomplishment at the end of your workday, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! ! Requirements At least 2 years of experience in on-site property maintenance. Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment. Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies. Responsibilities Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready. Performing any additional duties assigned by both the Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor. Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to: A/C and heating systems Electrical and plumbing Appliances Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings Tile, carpet, flooring Ceiling leaks We offer a competitive salary, good benefits, and an energetic environment.

Friday Work Hours:
8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
Required License or Certification:
Valid FL Driver's License, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification. Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.
