Role:
As a Maintenance Assistant at St. Petersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, making repairs, and performing other duties as needed to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities Conduct repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Perform minor carpentry and handyman tasks as needed Assist with upkeep and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient work environment Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
