This is a physical, straightforward role for someone who likes staying busy, working independently, and seeing immediate results from their work. What You'll Be Doing Yard work: blowing leaves, pulling weeds, stacking wood Light landscaping and trimming bushes Cleaning and resetting restrooms, floors, windows, and common areas Putting away food and supply orders Mopping, trash removal, and general cleanup Helping wherever needed to keep the property guest-ready What We're Looking For Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet Able to work independently and follow basic direction Positive attitude and willing to jump in where needed Requirements No certifications or licenses required Must be able to life 40-50 lbs Reliable transportation Prior maintenance, yard, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required Why Work With Us Fair hourly pay for honest work Consistent hours available Laid-back but hardworking team environment Free shift meals and staff perks A role where effort is noticed and appreciated
