Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge and experience in commercial property maintenance, ensuring that all properties are maintained on a weekly basis. Being proactive in advising supervisor of needed repairs or improvements. Ensuring systems and equipment are functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for the upkeep of commercial properties, including electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial properties, including electrical systems and plumbing. Ensure maintenance projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Conduct inspections of properties to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Utilize schematics and logic controllers to troubleshoot equipment problems. Assist in commercial painting projects as needed. Collaborate with other team members. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, and painting techniques. Proficient in English for effective communication within the team. Schedule:

2-3 days per week, with Saturday and Sunday required every other weekend.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
