Court Maintenance Assistant If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the results of your work every day, this could be a great opportunity to join our Racquet Sports team. As a Court Maintenance Assistant, you will help keep our tennis and pickleball courts and surrounding areas looking their best and ready for play. You will work outdoors maintaining our Har-Tru courts, caring for court facilities, operating equipment, and making sure everything is clean, well maintained, and ready for our members. This is an active, physically demanding position with plenty of variety. You will spend your day on the courts, working alongside our Racquets professionals and interacting with members throughout the day. This is physical work and requires the ability to regularly walk, stand, bend, kneel, squat, push, pull, reach, and lift and move materials weighing 20-60 pounds . You should be comfortable working outside in Florida heat and varying weather conditions. Weekend and holiday work, as well as occasional overtime, may be part of the schedule.
