We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Facilities & Operations Support Technician to support operations across fabrication, media blasting, and powder coating facilities. This is a hands-on industrial position requiring someone who can work independently and help keep equipment, vehicles, materials, supplies, and facilities ready for production.

Responsibilities:

Support media blasting and powder coating operations Load, unload, stage, and move materials Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment Assist with shipping, receiving, deliveries, and facility transfers Monitor inventory, supplies, fuel, PPE, and production consumables Perform basic preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment Check fluids, tires, batteries, filters, lubrication, and equipment condition Perform minor mechanical repairs within your abilities Operate company vehicles, including an F-350 and cargo van Identify equipment or supply issues before they interrupt production

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and excellent driving record Comfortable operating larger company vehicles Forklift experience or ability to become qualified Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand/power tools Able to work independently and take initiative Physically capable of industrial work Comfortable with heat, dust, noise, and indoor/outdoor environments Flexible to work between multiple Vero Beach facilities Must pass background, driver's record, and drug screening requirements

Pay:

$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
