Assistant Maintenance Grounds Technician Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Assistant Maintenance Grounds Technician Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary duties will include pressure washing and window cleaning on a regular and recurring basis as well as collecting and disposing of debris and refuse, and following directions from Lead Maintenance Grounds Technician for less routine, day to day tasks. All job applicants are required to successfully complete an AHCA Level 2 Criminal Background Check as well as a pre-hire Drug Screen.
