Duties/Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities Assist with changing HVAC filters.

Replacement of light bulbs.

Assist with post-construction clean-up of labs and offices.

Assist with maintenance technicians with light duty facility work such as carpentry, painting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other duties as assigned. Clean fleet vehicles and golf carts.

Maintenance shop organization.

Assist with campus mail and package distribution. Percentage of time 50 Duties/Responsibilities Assist in maintaining garden beds around buildings including pruning and weeding.
