Let's see if we're a fit. We hope so. The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment as assigned. This person is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program, handling guest or residents' requests and other work orders as assigned. They are also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs, such as carpentry, painting, etc., as assigned. What you have License or experience in one or more trade including: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, air conditioning, and refrigeration units Experience in hotel building systems, or hospitality related maintenance field Excellent communication skills, in written and verbal formats Strong customer service skills Technology skills. The ability to use tablets, iPads, and computers Eagerness to work on a team and achieve goals and complete projects together Basic knowledge in air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, electronic systems, fire alarm systems, carpentry, kitchen equipment, and energy conservation.
