Serve as a self-motivated Work Center Planner with strong computer, communication, time management, and organizational skills
Perform physical, clerical, and administrative support activities
Serve as a primary contact for internal and external customers
Support maintenance tracking, compliance activities, work orders, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
Assist the local manager with purchasing card reconciliation, parts receipt verification, invoicing, and vendor coordination
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties including typing, emailing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and answering phones
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers
Process maintenance work orders and coordinate routine maintenance checks
Track open maintenance items and perform monthly follow-up
Process, file, and submit required compliance documentation
Assist with general maintenance program issues and administrative activities
Support purchasing card reconciliation activities
Verify receipt of parts and materials
Assist with invoice processing and related documentation
Coordinate and follow up with vendors regarding maintenance and purchasing activities
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to work center operations
