As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable and skilled Handyman to help keep our restaurants in top condition. Position Overview We're hiring a Handyman / Maintenance Assistant to handle routine repairs, upkeep, pressure washing, and general maintenance across our restaurant locations. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, furniture, walls, doors, plumbing, lighting, and fixtures Operate pressure washing equipment to clean patios, sidewalks, dumpster areas, kitchen floors, drive-thru lanes, and building exteriors on a recurring schedule Handle light plumbing tasks: clearing slow drains, replacing faucets and sprayers, fixing leaks, swapping out P-traps, toilet and sink repairs Handle light electrical tasks: replacing bulbs, ballasts, and light fixtures, swapping outlets and switches, resetting breakers, troubleshooting basic issues Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant managers Assemble or install new equipment and furniture as needed Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas Coordinate with licensed vendors for specialized repairs beyond scope Keep a log of all maintenance and repair work performed Qualifications Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role (restaurant or retail experience a plus) Hands-on experience with pressure washing equipment and safe operating practices Working knowledge of light plumbing, light electrical, and mechanical systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Able to work independently and manage time efficiently Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and around wet conditions Reliable transportation to travel between restaurant locations Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible schedule Employee meals Opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding restaurant group Supportive, team-oriented work culture
