Must have reliable transportation. The ideal candidate will be experienced in maintenance and construction work. They will also need to be able to work individually or with a team. Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to: Turn-Key Services [paint, punch & clean] Painting (interior & exterior) Plumbing (minor installation & repair) Electrical (minor installation & repair)
