Essential Job Responsibilities:

Maintains facilities in safe operating condition Works on development of preventive maintenance program Maintains a preventive maintenance program Documents information regarding repairs, supply needs, and/or safety concerns Provides reports regarding repairs, supplies, and/or safety concerns as requested Inspects facilities and systems to identify potential repairs and providing ongoing preventive maintenance Responds to emergency situations for resolving immediate safety concerns surround facility damage, roof leaks, etc. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance, Chief Facilities Officer or the

Superintendent Preferred Qualifications:

Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Natural/Propane Gas or Industrial Kitchen Equipment Repair experience or certification
