Monday - Friday Job Summary Līhu'e Townhouse is seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Maintenance / Groundskeeper to assist with basic routine maintenance and general upkeep of a 4-story residential condominium building. This is an entry-level position. No prior maintenance experience is required; training will be provided. This position works under the direction of the Līhu'e Townhouse Resident Manager and focuses on keeping common areas clean, orderly, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions. Qualifications No prior experience required. Willingness to learn and follow directions Ability to work under supervision Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs regularly Ability to work independently after training. Valid driver's license Preferred (but not required) Any prior cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance experience. Any prior experience working around residential properties.
