Duties include landscaping/grounds work and trash clean-up for commercial properties in the Des Moines Metro area. Employees will operate a company vehicle so must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. Employees must be professional, personable, trustworthy, and courteous. Additional responsibilities associated with our Facilities/Maintenance team are available including exposure to building mechanical systems such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing as well as general building maintenance duties. Denny Elwell Company, LC is a full service Commercial Real Estate developer, brokerage, and property management company based in Ankeny, Iowa. The company manages over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial property throughout central Iowa.
