Responsibilities

• Perform routine to moderately complex maintenance and repair tasks
• Complete work involving plumbing, appliances, HVAC, limited electrical, painting, drywall, and finishing
• Operate agency vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and responsible manner Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments.

Proficiency in electrical systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and vendors. Customer service orientation with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
