This is a full-time position responsible for performing building and routine maintenance in a greenhouse setting. Duties & Responsibilities, but not limited to: Leading a crew of 1 to 10 employees Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling and roof work Preventative maintenance on building and machinery Have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds Bending, walking, standing, heights, lifting, reaching for long periods of time. Previous working experience in building maintenance, 1 year minimum experience required Ability to work under minimum supervision Must be organized and complete work orders in a timely manner Possess strong communication skills •Pay will be based on previous experience
