Job Overview We are seeking a professional minded person to perform general maintenance tasks along with our lead maintenance person. This includes a variety of jobs pertaining to upkeep of property aesthetics(ongoing exterior projects) and apartment turns. Responsibilities Prepare vacant units for new tenants to move in while keeping thing neat and organized. Painting , replace appliances, some plumbing, replace light fixtures. Keep laundry rooms looking clean other misc jobs requested by supervisor Experience General maintenance and organizational skills. Painting Light plumbing If you are motivated to work, have the basic skills and are an efficient worker we can train you.
