Full Job Description Responsibilities:

•Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing and maintaining equipment, and facilities.•general upkeep of facilities. Assist with basic building maintenance and repairs. Replace light bulbs and other basic maintenance items. Assist with painting, patching, caulking, and minor repairs. Help repair and maintain doors, hardware, fixtures, and building components. Perform basic cleaning and organization of maintenance and storage areas. Pick up and deliver tools, materials, and supplies. Assist experienced maintenance employees and contractors with larger repairs. Help move furniture, equipment, and materials. Perform basic property inspections and report damaged or unsafe conditions. Assist with snow and ice removal as needed. Complete assigned work orders and daily maintenance tasks. Safely use basic hand tools and power tools after proper training. Perform other general maintenance duties as assigned.
