Nature's Perspective Landscaping is seeking a dependable Landscape Maintenance Laborer / Crew Member for our Maintenance division. This is a hands-on outdoor position working with a crew to maintain high-quality residential and commercial landscapes throughout Evanston, Chicago and the North Shore. This is a seasonal position that requires Monday through Friday and occasional Saturday work in peak season. Why Join Nature's Perspective Landscaping? What You'll Do Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, watering and property cleanup. Safely operate landscape tools and equipment. Keep tools, equipment, vehicles and job sites clean and organized. Follow instructions and contribute to the crew's quality, safety and productivity goals. What We're Looking For Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance or outdoor labor experience is preferred. An interest in plants and horticulture; plant knowledge is helpful. Dependable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work outdoors, perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation required; a valid driver's license is preferred but not required. Strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in the US.
