We are seeking a dependable Landscape Maintenance Laborer / Crew Member to join our Maintenance division. In this hands-on, outdoor role, you will work with a crew to maintain beautiful residential and commercial landscapes throughout Evanston, Chicago, and the North Shore. This is a seasonal, in-person position with work scheduled Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays during peak season. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, watering, and property cleanup Safely operate landscape tools and equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, vehicles, and job sites Follow instructions and contribute to the crews quality, safety, and productivity goals Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality service to clients Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or outdoor labor preferred Interest in plants and horticulture; plant knowledge is a plus Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation required; valid drivers license preferred but not required Strong English communication skills; Spanish language skills are a plus Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States Compensation $19.00 $23.00 per hour , based on experience.
