Job Description
Must be dependable and available to work a flexible schedule to include some weekends. Attention to detail is a must as well as good organizational skills. Must have the ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry job duties in a timely fashion.
- Complete repairs and general maintenance on a daily basis or as needed.
- Perform all scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Perform daily inspections of building and grounds.
- Complete all maintenance work orders in a timely fashion.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Appropriate knowledge of maintenance supplies and use of tools.
