Job Description

Must be dependable and available to work a flexible schedule to include some weekends. Attention to detail is a must as well as good organizational skills. Must have the ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry job duties in a timely fashion.

Complete repairs and general maintenance on a daily basis or as needed.
Perform all scheduled preventative maintenance.
Perform daily inspections of building and grounds.
Complete all maintenance work orders in a timely fashion.
Must have good communication skills.
Appropriate knowledge of maintenance supplies and use of tools.
