Full Job Description Job Statement:

Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance on necessary SPM equipment. Requests the purchase of maintenance, industrial supplies or equipment at an economical cost. Provides maintenance with necessary documentation used in performing preventive maintenance and files accordingly. Perform tasks as required by all Management.

Essential Functions:

Plan and perform preventive maintenance and daily maintenance tasks on SPM equipment and plant facilities. Coordinate with company management on project needs and schedules on a frequent basis for optimal project timing and performance Service, repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including CNC machines, in the shop. Inspect building structures and materials for defects and make repairs as necessary Assist in trouble shooting of equipment problems or failures. Collect, prepare and file maintenance documentation. Assist with the assurance of plant safety. Participate on the safety committee; make recommendations and corrections as needed. Requests the purchase of maintenance of industrial supplies and equipment at an economical cost. May contact industrial supply vendors for quotes or technical information. Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks on necessary SPM equipment and work environment. Communicate clearly with coworkers, vendors and suppliers Perform tasks as required by Top Management. Job Specifications 1. Previous maintenance experience required. Industrial manufacturing environment experience preferred. 2. Mechanical and electrical aptitude required. 3. OSHA certification preferred, but not required 4. Use of industrial tools, equipment and mechanical background required. 5. Ability to independently plan and organize one's own activities. 6. Computer knowledge required. 7. Job requires the ability to stand, sit, walk and kneel on a regular basis for at least 8 hours per day. Frequent lifting and carrying of materials. The work environment is generally loud due to machine usage. Appropriate PPE will be provided.
