Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment . Provide excellent customer service by responding swiftly to maintenance requests from internal teams or tenants. Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields within residential environments. Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams is preferred but not mandatory.
