This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service. Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations. Stock, organize, and maintain supply rooms as needed. Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours. Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor. Painting/Spray Painting Safely operate a forklift Operate industrial powered vehicles (e.g., golf carts or Gators) Operate aerial lifts to perform tasks above safe reach of a ladder (e.g., scissor lift, articulating lift) Operate, pneumatic, battery powered and electric hand tools Assist in the performance of building/equipment maintenance duties (e.g., light-duty construction, fabrication, recycling, painting, filter changes, fabrication machinery support, and coolant services) Maintain preventive maintenance program for designated list of equipment (e.g., powered vehicles, power tools, hand-held tools/equipment Perform minor repairs to designated equipment to minimize downtime and repair costs Maintain a safe work environment following all required safety regulations and protocols Complete other duties as assigned Job requirements: Skills and Abilities Must be 18 years or older Must have reliable transportation Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance Good communication skills Strong detail orientation Customer-oriented and friendly Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements Stand and walk for long periods of time Repeat the same movements Frequent bending and twisting Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs Able to work flexible hours including evenings Full Time-2nd Shift Monday to Friday 4pm-11pm $18.00/hr.
