Job Description

The maintenance coordinator is responsible for oversight and maintenance of the residential and office properties and vehicles of Homes of Hope. The maintenance coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Inspections of agency homes and vehicles.
  • Has knowledge and general maintenance skills for home improvements and repairs.
  • General maintenance skills to care for agency vehicles.
  • Knowledge of community resources for home and vehicle maintenance and safety.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide safety and training education related to home and vehicle to staff and residents
  • Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide/obtain estimates for home and vehicle improvements/maintenance.
  • Maintains safe driving skills and driving record for agency and personal vehicle
  • Demonstrates the principles of respect and confidentiality to residents, staff and community.
QUALIFICATIONS
18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to pass written test and background checks, valid driver's license, and good driving record.
OTHER BENEFITS
Raise after orientation and annually, spontaneous bonuses, weekend differential, inflation stipend.
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
