Job Description Maintenance Training Grade II Location:
2100 Gardner Expressway, Quincy, IL 62301
Shift:
12hr
Rotate Schedule Pay:
$30.65/hour Job Duties Complete preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance on equipment throughout the facility Operate standard maintenance tools such as power tools, hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance tools, etc. Utilize maintenance trades and components such as fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Modify/build/install equipment based on reading and comprehending schematics, blueprints, or operating manuals Ensure product safety and quality Operate equipment throughout the facility which may include tractors with front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs, etc. Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and documentation Knowledge of plant equipment and process flow Requirements 18 years or older High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Valid Driver's License Basic computer skills Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work in elevated areas Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or differential shifts ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
