We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our orthopedic medical practice in Oak Lawn and Tinley Park! In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining our building, completing various repair tasks, and handling small projects around the office. We are also looking for someone who will snow plow when necessary! Previous experience in building maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Perform general building maintenance (light repairs, minor improvements, etc.) Troubleshoot and fix issues as they arise Assist with odd projects around the office Ensure the facility remains safe and functional

Qualifications:

Basic maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong problem-solving skills Previous experience in building maintenance preferred
