Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Maintenance Worker and be at the forefront of ensuring safe, clean, and inviting pool environments. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining pool systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring water quality meets health and safety standards. Your expertise will help create enjoyable experiences for pool users while supporting the smooth operation of pool facilites. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical skills and outdoor work experience in a vibrant, customer-focused setting. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance of pool plumbing systems, filters, pumps, and other equipment to ensure optimal operation. Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals responsibly, ensuring proper chemical levels for safe swimming conditions. Conduct thorough cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and maintaining surrounding areas for cleanliness and safety. Operate company vehicles and specialized tools safely to transport equipment or supplies to various aquatic facilities. Monitor water quality using testing kits or electronic devices; adjust chemical levels as needed to meet health regulations. Assist with general maintenance tasks such as replacing worn parts, lubricating mechanical components, and performing preventive upkeep on pool systems. Testing pool water to balance Requirements Ability to handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately follow chemical agent handling protocols. Prior aquatic facility experience is preferred; familiarity with pool chemistry balancing is a plus. Strong customer service skills to assist patrons or clients professionally when needed. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles or similar equipment. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions; previous outdoor work experience is advantageous. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Excellent attention to detail in cleaning routines and safety procedures to ensure a pristine environment. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
