Job Description
This position is a staff role within the Maintenance Department with a high focus on painting . The incumbent may be assigned any tasks typically performed by custodians or Maintenance Technicians. They must be competent in painting, light electrical and plumbing work, general carpentry, and a variety of miscellaneous building repairs. Duties may involve the use of a range of power tools, equipment, tractors and vehicles. The position requires frequent lifting of items exceeding 50 pounds. Scheduling Requirements This position is first shift full time, including a weekends/holiday rotation.
