Maintenance Technician As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community to ensure a safe, attractive, and fully functional living environment for our residents. You'll work closely with the Property Director and team to anticipate and resolve maintenance issues, respond to service requests promptly, and complete make-readies to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities:
Complete resident work orders in a timely, customer-focused manner (within 24 hours when possible) Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and more Execute preventative maintenance plans and safety protocols Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment upkeep Prepare apartments for new residents and perform unit inspections Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed Assist with groundskeeping and curb appealWhat You Bring:
At least 1 year of property maintenance experience (2+ preferred) Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair, and systems diagnostics HVAC Certification preferred (but not required) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and auto insurance requiredTools & Equipment You'll Use:
Hand & power tools, testing meters, HVAC gauges, ladders, pumps, compressors, and moreWork Environment:
