Job Description
Maintenance Assistant Part-Time The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public.

- Prior maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
