Job Description
Respond to all guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete work order requests in a timely manner
- Perform duties of a groundskeeper
- Maintain all mechanical areas in an orderly and clean condition
- Inspect public areas daily for any issues
- After hours on-call availability if an issue arises
- Must be able to work weekends
- Consistently keep accurate records on file of assigned tasks
- Ensure that all safety systems are operational
- Providing maintenance repairs to guestrooms, public areas and administrative offices
- Repairs may include plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, painting and light carpentry Abilities required
- Ability to travers the property, including sloped and uneven surfaces
- Ability to stand and stay on feet for long hours
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs
- Ability to manipulate tools
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling materials.
- Ability to tolerate weather conditions such as excessive heat, excessive cold, snow, rain and wind HVAC able to change ac units or use old parts from the PTACS.
