By managing essential upkeep and supporting our technical teams, you contribute directly to the seamless daily performance of our facility. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive sanitation protocols across all common areas, walkways, and staff facilities to maintain a professional environment. Utilize industrial cleaning machinery, including floor scrubbers and sweepers, to ensure high standards of facility hygiene. Manage inventory levels for essential supplies, ensuring all stations are fully stocked and operational. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and service vendors to uphold site cleanliness and safety compliance. Provide hands-on support to the maintenance department during facility shutdowns, equipment upgrades, and special projects. Engage in continuous cross-training initiatives to expand your technical skill set and support departmental growth. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proven ability to follow complex operational instructions and safety guidelines. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaborative problem-solving. Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds. Proficiency in operating standard warehouse tools such as pallet jacks and manual carts. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a commercial or industrial maintenance setting. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or interest in facility systems. Experience working with industrial-grade cleaning equipment. A proactive mindset with a desire to advance into specialized maintenance roles.
