Job Summary:
The Maintenance Support position is a versatile role responsible for performing general housekeeping duties within the facility, assisting with clerical tasks, and addressing minor facility needs. This position ensures that the work environment remains clean, organized, and safe, while also supporting the Manufacturing and Maintenance teams.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning and organization tasks within the facility, including sweeping, dusting, and maintaining overall cleanliness in the building. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with basic facility needs, such as small repairs or assisting in organizing tools and supplies. Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork for the Maintenance Supervisor. Ensure all common areas (break rooms, restrooms, etc.) are kept clean and fully stocked. Help maintain logs and records for inventory, maintenance, and safety-related tasks. Report any facility issues or repairs needed to the Maintenance Supervisor. Support compliance with OSHA safety protocols and report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Take on other tasks and responsibilities as needed by the leadership team or Maintenance Supervisor.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods standing and walking. Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery. Must be able to visually inspect machines. Must be able to push/pull/lift/move/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse.
