Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm 1 hour lunch

Location :

This will be for a Multifamily property in Kansas City, KS Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities and equipment. Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs and maintenance tasks. Conduct electrical repairs, including troubleshooting and fixing electrical systems. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance activities. Operate tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes. Lead small teams during specific projects or repairs, providing guidance and support as needed. Weld components when necessary to ensure structural integrity of facilities.
