Manhattan, KS, 66502 Job Description We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance team member to join our team in Manhattan, KS. In this role, you will work closely with our Maintenance Manager to efficiently provide maintenance support for our Dara's stores. Our maintenance team handles a variety of tasks to ensure our chain of convenience stores runs smoothly. Responsibilities Perform general handyman duties and maintenance work across multiple store locations. Power wash parking lots to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Plumbing and HVAC knowledge is a plus Work in a variety of environmental conditions and elements. Use tools comfortably and follow work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks. Assist in keeping all stores operational by addressing maintenance issues promptly. Snow removal during the winter months and mowing during the summer Skills & Qualifications Strong handyman skills with experience using various tools. Ability to work in different weather conditions and environments. Detail-oriented and able to follow work orders accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining store operations smoothly.
