Topeka, KS 66611 Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Topeka, KS. The ideal candidate will be highly responsive to building and household maintenance issues, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operating efficiently. This role requires a valid Kansas driver's license. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to building and household maintenance requests and issues Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications Dependable and hard-working with a strong work ethic Valid Kansas driver's license required Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to maintenance issues Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with vendors.
