As a Maintenance Worker, you help ensure that Arrowhead West's facilities, vehicles, and grounds remain safe, functional, and welcoming for the individuals and employees we serve. What You Get To Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and agency vehicles. Assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and general repair projects. Maintain agency grounds through mowing, trimming, debris removal, and seasonal upkeep. Perform snow removal and ice melt application during winter weather. Complete vehicle inspections and report repair needs. Help keep facilities clean, safe, and in excellent working condition. Track maintenance activities and equipment records as assigned.
