Maintenance Person Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and systems
• Monitor swimming pool chemical levels and cleanliness following established rules and regulations.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and/or guests in a timely manner
• Utilize a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed for repairs
• Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using a CMMS for work order management and tracking
• Ability to fabricate or modify parts using various tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, tenants, and contractors
• Strong organization skills with the ability to accurately track multiple task.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance work
• Ability to follow instruction as well as established policies and procedures.
• The ability to manage task at multiple projects within our hotel group.
