Job Description
Maintenance Person Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and systems
- Monitor swimming pool chemical levels and cleanliness following established rules and regulations.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and/or guests in a timely manner
- Utilize a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed for repairs
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using a CMMS for work order management and tracking
- Ability to fabricate or modify parts using various tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, tenants, and contractors
- Strong organization skills with the ability to accurately track multiple task.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance work
- Ability to follow instruction as well as established policies and procedures.
- The ability to manage task at multiple projects within our hotel group.

Full-time Pay:
$17.00- $23.
