Maintenance Worker

You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks that keep our environment safe, functional, and welcoming. Your expertise will shine as you tackle electrical, mechanical, and facility maintenance challenges while providing exceptional customer service to our team and clients. What you'll do Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, utilizing your electrical experience and knowledge of schematics. Operate digital maintenance processing platforms. Conduct residential painting projects to enhance the aesthetics of our spaces. Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly. Basic qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. Proficiency in using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools for electrical troubleshooting. Excellent command of English for effective communication with team members and clients. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing environments. Previous experience in swimming pool operations and maintenance. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams. Familiarity with customer service best practices.
