Join Our Team! Home2 Suites by Hilton and Hampton Inn are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated Dual Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain two Hilton properties. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas. Complete daily work orders in a timely manner. Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, mechanical equipment, and hotel grounds. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, carpentry, and other general maintenance issues. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel exterior, including parking lots and landscaping. Assist with room inspections to ensure rooms meet Hilton brand standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies. Assist with emergency maintenance situations as needed. Maintain an organized maintenance shop and inventory of tools and supplies. Qualifications Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred. General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Reliable transportation to travel between both hotel properties. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
