Maintenance Assistant The main function of the Plant and Maintenance Assistant is to provide assistance in the care of the facility buildings and grounds by performing a variety of skilled and unskilled maintenance and repair duties in assigned maintenance operations, which may include outdoor areas, lighting, facilities, common areas, hallways, and resident rooms.
