Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a DQ Crew Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, friendly environment! As a key team player, you'll be responsible for preparing delicious food, providing outstanding service, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of food items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Cleaning and pressure washing outside and inside store. Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations Stocking, and unloading Trucks Doing Frequent Lot checks and changing trash Weedeating and other various activities . Qualifications Prior experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of food preparation techniques and familiarity with Resturaunts. Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and professionally being able to lift over 50 pounds Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous restaurant experience or work in the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowing how to operate a pressure washer and weedeater Having a basic knowledge of how to do simple maintenance jobs. Being able to follow directions well. working outside in all weather Reliable transportation must be here on Tuesdays and Fridays to unload Truck.
