Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our Gold Vault Inn team. The property is at the end of a complete renovation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and upkeep of our facilities through hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment that supports our operations and enhances the experience for residents, clients, or team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and supervisory skills in a fast-paced setting that values quality workmanship and customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, building systems, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety compliance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Responsible for daily trash removal in all public areas and maintain a clean and safe parking lot. Skills Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trouble shooting Experienced with painting, caulking, and basic tools Able to multi-task in balancing preventive maintenance duties, special projects, and daily repairs
