Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Worker and play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces as well as Airbnb maintenance. This energetic position involves performing a wide range of groundskeeping, landscaping, and maintenance tasks to keep our facilities looking their best. If you have a passion for outdoor work, hands-on skills with tools and equipment, and a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is perfect for you! We value proactive individuals who thrive in outdoor environments and are committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and planting new greenery to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery safely and efficiently. Manage pest control through pesticide application while adhering strictly to safety protocols and environmental guidelines. Assist with landscape design projects by installing hardscape features like pathways or retaining walls as needed. experience in painting, home repairs and such is a plus Experience in replacing light fixtures is a plus Prior outdoor work experience involving groundskeeping or landscaping tasks is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscape maintenance equipment operation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and lawn care techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and grounds maintenance machinery confidently. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence during all outdoor activities.
