This role involves assisting with landscape work, general building maintenance, and site improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with the lead team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, contributing to the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of our properties. Responsibilities Assist with landscape projects, including planting, lawn care, and garden maintenance. Support the lead team in performing general building maintenance tasks across various homes. Help with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling to ensure smooth workflow. Contribute to routine inspections and identify areas needing repair or improvement. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish daily objectives and project deadlines. Qualifications Prior experience or interest in landscaping, construction, or general maintenance is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and operating basic tools. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
